kW to Wh calculation formula
E(Wh) = 1000 x P(kW) × t(h)
The energy E in watt-hours (Wh) is equal to 1000, multiplied by the power P in kilowatts (kW), multiplied by the time period t in hours (h).
So,
Wh = 1000 x kW x h
watt-hour = 1000 x kilowatt x hour
For example:
Power (P) = 10kW
Time period = 2 hours
Energy (E) = 1000 x 10kW x 2h = 20000Wh
