Numbers to Words Converter

How to Use:

  1. Enter the Number:

    • In the input field labeled “Convert this Number,” enter the numerical value you wish to convert. The input can be any positive integer. For example, you can enter 123, 5000, or 250000.
  2. Choose the Format:

    • Under the “To:” section, select one of the following formats:
      • Words: Converts the number directly into words (e.g., 123 to “one hundred twenty-three”).
      • Currency: Converts the number into words followed by “dollars” (e.g., 5000 to “five thousand dollars”).
      • Check Writing: Converts the number into words formatted for check writing, including “dollars and 00/100” (e.g., 250000 to “two hundred fifty thousand dollars and 00/100”).
  3. Select Letter Case:

    • In the “Letter Case” dropdown, choose the desired case for the output:
      • lowercase: All letters in lowercase (e.g., “five thousand”).
      • UPPERCASE: All letters in uppercase (e.g., “FIVE THOUSAND”).
      • Title Case: The first letter of each word is capitalized (e.g., “Five Thousand”).
      • Sentence case: The first letter of the first word is capitalized (e.g., “Five thousand”).
  4. Calculate:

    • Click the “Calculate” button. The result will be displayed in the format you selected, showing both the number and its corresponding word form.
  5. Clear the Calculator:

    • To reset the input and start a new conversion, click the “Clear” button. This will empty the input field and clear the result.
