Currency Converter

Steps to Use:

1. Select the Currency to Convert From:

   • Choose the currency from which you want to convert from the “From” dropdown list. This list includes popular currencies such as USD (US Dollar), EUR (Euro), GBP (Pound Sterling), and others.

2. Select the Currency to Convert To:

   • Select the currency you wish to convert to in the “To” dropdown list. The list contains both popular and common currencies.

3. Enter the Amount to Convert:

   • In the input box labeled “Value to Convert”, type the amount you want to convert. The value must be a positive number.

4. Click Convert:

   • Press the “Convert” button to see the results. The tool will display the converted amount with proper formatting, including commas for large numbers and two decimal places.

5. Reset the Form (Optional):

   • If you want to reset the form and start over, click the “Clear” button.

Examples:

Example 1: Converting USD to GBP

• From Currency: USD (US Dollar)
• To Currency: GBP (Pound Sterling)
• Value to Convert: 1000 USD

Result: 

• 1000.00 USD = 763.97 GBP
• 1 USD = 0.76397 GBP

Example 2: Converting EUR to JPY

• From Currency: EUR (Euro)
• To Currency: JPY (Japanese Yen)
• Value to Convert: 500 EUR

Result:

• 500.00 EUR = 76,397 JPY
• 1 EUR = 152.794 JPY

Tips:

• Make sure to enter a valid number in the “Value to Convert” field.
• If you want to swap the “From” and “To” currencies, simply select different currencies from the dropdowns.
• Always check the current exchange rates, as they fluctuate frequently.
